東華三院早前獲嘉華國際集團有限公司透過「嘉華國際抗疫基金」資助370萬港元，改建屬下一所綜合職業復康中心工場的一部份為「醫用口罩無塵工場」，以達長遠穩定社福界口罩供應，保障弱勢社群健康的目標。

「醫用口罩無塵工場」已於7月投產，工場獲ISO14644-1無塵工場認證，而所生產的口罩已獲得ASTM I、II及III的專業認證，現時每月產量約50萬個，運作穩定後可逐漸提升生產量至每月超過100萬個，最高產量可達220萬個，並為20位殘疾人士提供工作培訓機會，協助他們將來投身職場，自力更生。
