失禁可能是一些照顧者需要跨過的「關卡」︰尷尬、厭惡……甚至要與被照顧者角力，爭執不斷。

原來除了看醫生，香港有不少社福機構為長者提供個案管理服務，包括處理失禁問題，有專人提供訓練和照顧建議。

我們除了訪問醫生、護士、職業治療師，還收集了很多照顧者的經驗，包括在香港買什麼尿片，又平又好用。

採訪最深刻，是醫生很想長者盡量可以繼續自己如廁，使用尿片或尿褲，是最後的手段﹔然而對一些照顧者、院舍和醫院，尿片卻是用來防跌 —— 結果令被照顧者喪失更多能力，是否得不償失？
