Description

Minimum order quantity: 100 pcs/each style

Price: quote according to the cookie shape, size and packaging

Flavor: Butter Cookies / Chocolate Butter Cookies

Delivery: Free delivery service to single location except outlying islands and remote areas

Leadtime: 3 to 4 weeks (including mould making and cookie production)

(To ensure timely delivery during the peak seasons of Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas, and Lunar New Year, please place order at least 8 weeks in advance. Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.)

Ordering process:

1. Customer order confirmation: The customer confirms order details including cookie design, size, flavor, packaging, quantity, delivery date, recipient's name, and contact number.

2. Cookie mold design: iBakery creates the cookie mold for customer's confirmation. This process takes 3 working days.

3. Cookie sample production: After the customer approves the mold design, the baking factory produces a sample of the cookies. This process takes 3 to 5 working days.

4. Mass cookie production: Once the customer confirms the cookie sample, the baking factory proceeds with mass production. The production lead time depends on the order quantity.

5. Delivery: Free delivery is provided to the customer's designated address.
